A fast and low power consumption crystal oscillator driving circuit design.

Abstract Aiming at the disadvantage of high-power consumption and a long start-up time traditional Pearce driver circuit, 32.768KHz crystal circuit is designed, which can effectively reduce power ensure fast start. The simulation results show that, under voltage 1.1 V, vibration 0.5 ms, output amplitude about 250 mV, static current 48.6 nA, 53.5nW. This drive has characteristics start, stable output, low consumption. It be used as clock input module in digital-analog hybrid circuit.
